UI expand with Health bars

The Health bars,

one of my goal to develop from the ongoing development for Toon Tanks.
The player can see Tank Health bar in right bottom corner and also all the health bars for enemies right above them.
Health bars are updated when any object take a damage

Fixed:
When game started Enemies to destroy: text in the upper left corner was bolded, but it should not - Fixed in new version of the game
